Students will receive specialized help for their needs in a one-on-one classroom setting that encourages a love for learning. There is no such thing as failing, but it is only an acronym for a First Attempt In Learning. In this class, tutor and student can work side by side to find the system that works best for a deeper understanding of each subject under consideration. I’m a fellow homeschool mom and ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist with 10 years clinical experience. I have experience and specialized training in differential diagnosis and treatment of pediatric stuttering, voice disorders, articulation delays, expressive and receptive language disorders, social communication disorders as well as sensory differences. In addition, I treat children with motor-and sensory-based feeding difficulties. I love working alongside children and homeschool families and I’m here to help!
SLP Evaluation/Consultations are $80 and are approximately 1 hour and include a formal assessment as well as written report and recommendations. Weekly treatment can also be provided for children on an as needed basis. Weekly treatment is $30 for each 30 minute session with comprehensive family training, home practice and progress plan included. I specialize in collaborating with homeschool families and diagnosing and treating a variety of speech and language issues including stuttering/dysfluency, speech and articulation delay, expressive and receptive language delay and pragmatic language differences.
- Do you wonder if your child may have a speech or language delay or disorder?
- Are you concerned about speech development and just need a professional opinion you can trust?
- I am able to complete a thorough clinical evaluation and talk you through a diagnosis, my thoughts on your child’s speech/language development as well as provide a follow up written evaluation report
