This class is for those of teen age who have completed at least two years of Ballet 1 and been approved by the teacher to move into a more difficult class. This class will focus heavily on technique, core strength, and the ability to learn new choreography. Class will always begin with barre work and then transition to the center and across the floor. Class will be held twice per week and it is strongly recommended for students to take a strengthening and conditioning class at the center as well. We recommend Dance Conditioning, Ladies Cardio, Weights, Fun and Done, or a Teen Fitness class. This is a year long class and students will be asked to commit to attending for the entire year.
