Cost includes a camp t-shirt. So many games to play! How do we choose? Here is a snapshot of some of my ideas. Our time will be spent each day with child lead games in a nurturing environment that will build coordination, agility, speed, strength, & teamwork. The typical favorites are dodgeball, basketball, pinball, capture the flag, spiderball, sharks, musical chairs, ultimate tag, and tug of war. Others will be designed with more summertime competitions. Some examples are water balloon launching, monkey in the middle with water balloons, balloon toss, fastest circuit time through an obstacle course, and partner relays. On the last day, I will make a treasure hunt with a cool surprise at the end. Squirt guns are great on a sunny day, along with the parachute filled with water balloons! Lots of water breaks and a snack time will be offered each day. Summer is my favorite time of year to play! I hope you can join us! Love, Ms. Kristin
Requirements:Be ready to have lots of fun and friendly competitions with good sportsmanship. Bring a snack and a water bottle each day. Maybe a towel if the kids decide to get wet from water play.

Swing into the Lindy Hop Ages 10yr-18yr Tatco-Nowak, Jay Winter/Spring 2021 Dance
- Swing
Schedule: Tuesday - Dance Studio A - 116: 12:00 pm - 12:50 pm
Description:SPECIALTY - The Lindy Hop is a social dance that started in 1928 in Harlem, NY. This class will focus on learning the basics of connection, footwork, and movement. We will stay true to the heart of the dance as a social dance and learn to lead and follow the dance, rather than learn a choreographed routine. These skills are great to learn because once someone learns how to lead and follow, it becomes much easier to learn other partner dances so students will be able to take what they learn here and apply it to future dance, movement, and even athletic endeavors! Dance shoes - flat soled tennis shoes will work. Keds or Vans encouraged or leather soled dance shoes. Jazz shoes not recommended, you may get stepped on! Plan to practice at home 15 minutes each day.
