In this class we will be reading through some of the My First Little House books including both Laura and Almanzo stories. Each class the kids will earn badges and explore what it was like to be a pioneer. Some of the fun things we will make and do include: making a covered wagon, sewing paper quilts, paper weaving , tapping pretend maple trees and building log cabins. We will also study some animals mentioned in our stories and learn plant identification and some uses of them. Come explore the big woods and prairie through craft and play!
