We will be having the kids participate in older, more well known games, as well as learning a few new ones they may not have tried before. The disc golf day was a big hit last time. My focus is to get your kids moving while having fun and developing their physical skills.

In this class we will focus on two major points. Learning to defend yourself and biblical life application skills.
Students will learn the basics of Karate Do (ie. punching, kicking, blocking, etc.) as well as a few advanced self-defense skills. Each student will gain spatial body awareness, greater dexterity and personal confidence.
While the movements and skills in Karate are important, there will be an emphasis on life-skills application, such as discipline, respect, forgiveness, etc.
I have taught karate for over 20 years and I look forward to pouring into any student who comes willing and eager to learn.
**NEW FAMILIES: Upon registering for this class, you will be added to the waitlist. Please register each of your children to the Seedlings block they are interested in. We will reach out to with more information.**
