Description:Ages 5-8 years old will develop understanding of a safe and effective workout in a fun and encouraging environment. Each class builds on the last class to improve agility, strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility. Join Miss Kristin, (AFAA-Aerobics, and Fitness Association of America), Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Together we will work through obstacle courses, body weight strength training, basic sports movements, interval training, and some fun self defense moves. Many new and exciting games like spiderball, sprout, pinball, and tower topple. As well as scooters relays, dodgeball, parachute play, and much more! This program is designed for each child to build confidence in their abilities, at their own level of fitness, while learning teamwork and good sportsmanship. Please bring water & athletic shoes.

Description:"Triple Play Team Sports focuses on 3 main sports; basketball, football, and baseball. We will cover individual skills and fundamentals as well as teamwork, cooperation, and games. Here is a look at the breakdown of skills for each sport both inside and outside (nice weather) Inside Outside (Basketball) materials needed: Basketballs if possible -dribbling -dribbling -passing -passing -form shooting -shooting on a hoop -defense -scrimmage -basketball conditioning -games (crunch, horse, around the world) (Baseball) materials needed: Gloves -ground balls -throwing -batting stance -ground balls on the field -hitting off a tee -fly balls -bunting -hitting off a tee/soft toss -base-running (Football) materials needed: Footballs -ball security -passing -proper catching technique -catching while in motion -handing the ball off -running passing routes -tackling technique -secondary technique -learning the route tree -Games (two-hand touch, 500!) Ladies Fitness: Cardio, Weights, Fun & Done Ages 12yr-19yr+ Kristin Krasko Spring 2023 Physical Fitness

Schedule: Monday - Auditorium - 002: 3:00 pm - 3:50 pm
Description:Young ladies and moms will build the athlete within them that will produce results. All ladies are welcome 12 years old to adult, that are looking for a unique workout. Students will learn how to develop a safe and effective workout in a fun and encouraging environment. Through various types of targeted circuit training with small equipment, and pre choreographed movement to music, ladies will be strengthened, motivated, and build confidence. Our focus will be on interval, strength, core, balance, and self-defense training. New this semester we will be practicing boxing skills and drills! Boxing gloves and punch mitts provided by instructor. There will be no contact other than the gloves to the mitts. If you prefer, you may bring your own. Classes will help participants gain coordination, agility, and sculpt lean muscle. Training at each participant's pace is the key to success. Join Miss Kristin, AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America) Certified Group Fitness Instructor for a fun full body workout, warm up to cool down. An energizing game will be added to the end of class from time to time to grow teamwork and sportsmanship. Please bring water and athletic shoes. A mouthguard is recommended for the boxing skills part of the class.

Description:Playful Preschool PE is all about our kids doing things they love to do. Exploring their world through play in movement! Kids will be encouraged every step of the way to participate, share their excitement for each game, and learn good sportsmanship and teamwork. Classes are energized with fun exercise, parachute play, relays, tag, pinball, bowling, scooters, jumping beans, jump rope, and obstacle courses that will build strength, agility, coordination, and confidence. Teen Fit Force Ages 13yr-15yr Kristin Krasko Spring 2023 Physical Fitness

Description:Teens 13-15 years old will build strength, improve speed, agility, and coordination. This program is designed for each student to set fitness goals as we track and conquer them. Train at your own pace and build self-confidence with a preset number of timed exercises with a partner or on teams. Together we will work on self-defense with boxing skills and drills. Instructor will provide the boxing gloves and punch mitts. No contact other than the gloves to the mitts. If you prefer, you may bring your own. Challenge your core strength with throw downs, planks, bucket carry and so much more to build lean muscle! Have you ever tried a pull up or a sandbag squat? Learn how here! Warm up to cool down will be packed full of fun fitness and challenges. Class will either start or finish with a game for more teamwork fun and good sportsmanship. Join Miss Kristin AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America), Certified Group Fitness Instructor for this brand new class offering! Please bring water and athletic shoes.
