Description:Lifting heavy weight safely, being able to control your body, building strength and muscle sets you up to live a long and healthy life. Barbell Basics is based off of the three powerlifting movements, squat, bench and dead lift. Learning to master the three powerlifting movements at a young age will set your kids up for long and healthy relationship with strength training.
