Theatre Club Jr. is a class for younger students aged 7-12, who want to be part of a theatre production. Whether your child wants to be a star, or just experience being on stage for the first time, Theatre Club Jr. is the place to be. For the Fall Semester we will be performing “Twice Upon a Time.” This is a funny and heartwarming story about a grandmother who is telling bedtime stories to her grandchildren. Grandmother mixes up the fairy tale characters repeatedly, which leads to hilarious results. This streamlined program requires some volunteer parent involvement, mainly for student supervision while the director is working with students on stage. Theatre Club Jr. is comprised of 16 class rehearsals, one dress rehearsal, and one performance. Our performance will be on January 25, 2024.

For the Spring Semester we will be performing “ The Enchanted Bookshop.” This is a funny and heartwarming story about a book store owner, who is trying to keep her book shop open. With technology everywhere, the books in her book shop are rarely sold. What the book shop owner doesn’t know is that at night when she is sleeping, the book story characters come to life and try to find a way to save her book shop. This streamlined program requires some volunteer parent involvement, mainly for student supervision while the director is working with students on stage.
