So, what is the homeschool resource center?

a full-time facility dedicated to homeschooling families

The Firmly Planted Homeschool Resource Center is a non-profit, full-time facility in Vancouver, WA, dedicated to equipping and encouraging homeschooling families.

We accomplish this a number of ways!

For students we have classes, field-trips, special events, tutoring, and hands-on learning.

For parents we have workshops, counseling, a curriculum store, a coffee shop, classes, and fellowship.

For families we have community.

Classes are offered throughout the week for all ages at the Homeschool Resource Center! From ballet to algebra, theater to PE… we have something for everyone. Our facility includes a dance studio, auditorium, indoor play park, recording studio, sound-proof music rooms, and much, much more!

Are you kids 9 and under? Join our Seedlings Co-op! We meet once a week for classes, chapel, and indoor play park time!

Have older kids? Our Friday School Co-op is open to families with children 7 and up!

headwaters bookstore

Lesson planning? Need advice on which curriculum is best for your child? Have old curriculum you want to get off your hands? Come visit us at Headwaters Bookstore! We sell new and used curriculum, fiction, games, manipulatives - just about everything you need for your homeschooling journey. The bookstore is volunteer run by experienced homeschool moms who love to help!
