Ballet Lower Level 2 (Previously Ballet 1 Youth)- Welcome to our foundational ballet class—perfect for young dancers beginning their ballet journey! In this year-long program, students will learn the basics of ballet technique, how to follow instructions, proper ballet etiquette, and the joy of moving together as a group.
Classes will focus on core fundamentals through barre work, stretching, and floor exercises. To support steady progress, dancers are encouraged to stretch and practice briefly at home each day.
Proper ballet attire is mandatory: pink tights, leotard, ballet slippers, and hair pulled back neatly in a bun. Please make sure your child uses the restroom before class and brings a labeled water bottle.
This is a yearlong class and students will be performing in two performances for our Spring Dance Show “For Such A Time As This” . Dress Rehearsal and Shows are April 23-26. This Class will be in Show A. PLEASE READ our syllabus containing more details about the shows and pertinent dance class information is located here in the class files and on our website. Click on Programs - Dance. Mandatory new parent meeting over Zoom at 7pm September 15th. Spring semester’s Admin fee includes the $25 show costume rental fee. Ballet Lower Level 3 (Previously Ballet 2 Youth) - Come and increase your technique ability through this level 2 ballet class at the youth level. We will focus hard on our technique while preparing for our Spring performance. We will spend the beginning of class working on the barre with harder combinations, then move to stretching where we will focus on getting our splits, and then move to center and across the floor work. We will glorify God through our dance and learn how to increase our ballet technique! This is a year long class and students are expected to be enrolled in it all year long. Students will be performing in two performances for our Spring Dance Show “For Such A Time As This” . Dress Rehearsal and Shows are April 23-26. This Class will be in Show B. Requirements:
You must have been completed and graduated from ballet 1 youth or child. Proper dance attire is required along with hair being pulled back and out of your face. Students must be able to follow directions and listen in class. Please also bring a water bottle and a happy attitude!
This class is for dancers to increase strength and stamina. In addition, we will work to improve flexibility and balance, and develop proper alignment and coordination. The goal is not only to help dancers strengthen their bodies but to do so in a way that compliments their ballet training.

Ballet Upper Level 1 (Previously Ballet 1 & 2 Teen)- Elevate your dance journey with this year-long ballet class designed for teen dancers. With a strong emphasis on developing classical technique, students will expand their ballet vocabulary while growing in musicality, focus, and discipline.
Each class begins with structured barre work and progresses to center and across-the-floor combinations. Classes meet twice a week to support steady progress, and students are strongly encouraged to also enroll in Dance Conditioning.

Ballet Upper Level 2 (Formerly Ballet 3 Teen)- In this class students will learn more complicated combinations, work to achieve their splits, assemble, double pirouettes, fuetes, hold arabesque in releve, use of correct arms and head, improved posture, strength, turn-out, balance, flexibility and coordination from the previous year. I look forward to seeing the progress that students will make throughout the year! This class will extend to a full 60 minutes (1 HOUR LONG) to allow us to have enough time to cover all of our barre and skills etc. Please try to arrive on time at 4:00 and we will conclude at 5:00. Description:
Ballet Upper Level 3 - This advanced-level ballet class is designed for experienced dancers who are ready to deepen their training and refine their pointe work. Students will work on both soft shoe and intermediate pointe technique, with a strong emphasis on building endurance, strength, and control.
Class will focus on the essential elements of dancing en pointe, including proper spinal alignment, turnout from the hips, strong ankle support, precise foot articulation, and balanced body placement. These foundational principles will be revisited regularly to ensure safe and effective technique.
Enrollment in a Dance Conditioning or Strength & Technique class is highly encouraged to support muscular development and prevent injury.
This is a year-long commitment, and consistent attendance and punctuality are expected. Dancers must wear appropriate ballet attire: pink tights, leotard, ballet skirt, soft ballet shoes, and pointe shoes. Hair must be neatly secured in a bun.

In this fun and engaging class, we will be experimenting with making explosions and reactions. Each student will be provided a science journal which will be used to ask a question, form a hypothesis, conduct the experiment, observe and conclude.
Requirements:
Due to the experiments, students must be able to listen and follow instructions well.
Intro level to weight lifting. Learning how to do a barbell back squat, barbell dead lift and barbell bench press. Building strength and confidence in the weight room and in life. Bring water bottle and workout clothes.
Lifting heavy weight safely, being able to control your body, building strength and muscle sets you up to live a long and healthy life. Barbell Basics is based off of the three powerlifting movements, squat, bench and dead lift. Learning to master the three powerlifting movements at a young age will set your kids up for long and healthy relationship with strength training.
