Description:Ballet Upper Level 3 - This advanced-level ballet class is designed for experienced dancers who are ready to deepen their training and refine their pointe work. Students will work on both soft shoe and intermediate pointe technique, with a strong emphasis on building endurance, strength, and control. Class will focus on the essential elements of dancing en pointe, including proper spinal alignment, turnout from the hips, strong ankle support, precise foot articulation, and balanced body placement. These foundational principles will be revisited regularly to ensure safe and effective technique. Enrollment in a Dance Conditioning or Strength & Technique class is highly encouraged to support muscular development and prevent injury. This is a year-long commitment, and consistent attendance and punctuality are expected. Dancers must wear appropriate ballet attire: pink tights, leotard, ballet skirt, soft ballet shoes, and pointe shoes. Hair must be neatly secured in a bun. This is a yearlong class and students will be performing in all four performances for our Spring Dance Show “For Such A Time As This” . Dress Rehearsal and Shows are April 23-26. This Class will be in Show A and B. PLEASE READ our syllabus containing more details about the shows and pertinent dance class information is located here in the class files and on our website. Click on Programs - Dance. Mandatory new parent meeting over Zoom at 7pm September 15th. Spring semester’s Admin fee includes the $25 show costume rental fee. Description:This class will give your kids the chance to explore their own art making techniques using many different types of art supplies. Process art is about the process of creating, not about the product that comes from the creating. When young children are given the opportunity to discover, explore and make mistakes, unique and creative artwork will flow. They learn to think creatively when allowed the freedom to express themselves through art. Process art also strengthens fine motor skills, cognitive thinking, and spatial intelligence. It is also a lot of fun!

Description:Lyrical Contemporary Upper Level 3 - (Previously Advanced Lyrical & Contemporary) Step into a deeper level of artistry with our advanced lyrical and contemporary class. This year-long program is designed for experienced dancers ready to refine their technique while exploring dance as a powerful form of emotional and artistic expression. Dancers will learn to interpret movement with intention—telling stories and conveying emotions through style, flow, and musicality. The class encourages versatility, helping students embody a wide range of movement qualities and emotional tones. Training will focus on spatial and body awareness, floor work, proper alignment, efficient muscle use, and dynamic movement. We’ll also explore the expressive use of body weight and breath. Students will have opportunities to choreograph and contribute creatively to class performances. Proper dance attire is required, along with ballet or lyrical shoes. Hair should be pulled back from the face, and dancers should bring a labeled water bottle to each class. This is a yearlong class and students will be performing in all four performances for our Spring Dance Show “For Such A Time As This” . Dress Rehearsal and Shows are April 23-26. Description:This is a CORE class that meets twice a week for the full year. Parents are required to attend the mandatory Core Parent Meeting immediately following Family Orientation on either August 24th at 2pm, August 24th at 6pm, September 7th at 2pm, or September 7th at 6pm. Year 2 continues on the foundation built in year 1. Students will review and expand on verb conjugations, especially irregular forms learned in the first year. The focus in year 2 will be on the past tense and expanding vocabulary for conversations. Class time will cover the book lessons and practice speaking and listening so attendance is vital. Additionally, fun activities will be used to make class lively and anchor lessons.
Requirements:Basic understanding of Spanish verb conjugation and beginning conversation skills is required. One year of Spanish is ideal. Native speakers are welcome to study the grammar. Required materials: ABEKA Spanish 1B (Por Todo El Mundo B) student books and Vocabulary manual.

Description:Step into a sacred space of movement and praise in our Worship Dance Class—a beautiful opportunity to glorify the Lord through dance using worship flags, ribbons, and expressive movement. Each class begins with scripture and prayer, grounding our time together in the presence of God. Rooted in the fruits of the Spirit, we will explore how dance can be a powerful form of worship, gratitude, and spiritual connection. As we move, we’ll focus on honoring Him with our bodies, hearts, and unity as a community of believers. This class is about more than technique—it's about offering ourselves in worship, growing in faith, and encouraging one another in love and grace. Students will participate in a Spring Dance Show as an act of worship and celebration. This is a yearlong class and students will be performing in two performances for our Spring Dance Show “For Such A Time As This” . Dress Rehearsal and Shows are April 23-26. This Class will be in Show A or B. It will be decided by October. Description:REQUIRES AN ADMIN TO REGISTER ADULTS! Young ladies and moms will build the athlete within them that will produce results. All ladies are welcome 12 years old to adult, that are looking for a unique workout. Students will learn how to develop a safe and effective workout in a fun and encouraging environment. Through various types of targeted circuit training with small equipment, and pre choreographed movement to music, ladies will be strengthened, motivated, and build confidence. Our focus will be on interval, strength, core, balance, self-defense training, flexibility, and some boxing skills and drills. Boxing gloves and punch mitts provided by instructor. There will be no contact other than the gloves to the mitts. Classes will help participants gain coordination, agility, and sculpt lean muscle. Training at each participant's pace is the key to success. Join Miss Kristin, AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America) Certified Group Fitness Instructor for a fun full body workout, warm up to cool down. An energizing game will be added to the end of class from time to time to grow teamwork and sportsmanship. Please bring water and athletic shoes.
