| Description: | Horse crazy? Ready to use this interest to spur investigation, exploration, and creativity? We will cover equestrian sports, anatomy, showing, careers, breeds, horse behavior, care and much more. We will do fun art projects, find a favorite horse book, do a few short writing projects, hands on time with tack, and use videos to explore the world of horses. Giddy up!
Students will have an opportunity to learn outside of the classroom at the end of the term (additional cost will apply). This experience will include riding and grooming in a group setting. Date TBD. |
