Description:Students will develop understanding of a safe and effective workout in a fun and encouraging environment. Each class builds on the last class to improve agility, strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility. Join Miss Kristin, (AFAA-Aerobics, and Fitness Association of America), Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Together we will work through obstacle courses, body weight strength training, basic sports movements, interval training, and some fun self defense moves. Practicing skills at home will be encouraged. Many new and exciting games like pickleball, spiderball, sharks, ultimate tag, pinball, relays, and tower topple. As well as scooters relays, dodgeball, parachute play, and much more! This program is designed for each child to build confidence in their abilities, at their own level of fitness, while learning teamwork and good sportsmanship. Our class will also discuss basic nutrition, the Fruit of the Spirit, the Armor of God, God's promises, and other scripture to encourage every student. Please be on time for our warm ups at the very beginning and have your student use the restroom before class.
