| Description: | Learn high school Geometry concepts while completing projects which will include creating a custom plan for a "dream home," analyzing a building, bridge, or landmark, and more. Students will work on projects in class and at home using skills such as calculating area, perimeter, surface area, volume, angles, shapes, and more. The purpose of this class is to build a working understanding of high school Geometry and to be empowered to use their math skills in real-life situations. Students will also prepare a notebook of projects and vocabulary. |
