| Description: | Snap Circuits will be the primary hands-on learning tool in this class as students explore the exciting world of electricity and electrical safety. They will learn about magnetic fields, how electricity flows, and how to use a volt-ohm meter to test electrical components and how the flow of electrons interact with ac/dc voltages, series /parallel circuits, resistors, lamps, & motors.
Through building and testing a variety of circuits, students will develop a deeper understanding of how electrons flow through the circuit while strengthening their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. |
