| Description: | Your student will soar into the fascinating world of flying creatures! Throughout the semester, we will explore flight dynamics, animal biology, diets, habitats, behaviors, and ecology through engaging readings, videos, and a variety of hands-on activities featuring birds, bats, and insects.
Each student will give two presentations during the semester, showcasing what they have learned about these amazing creatures.
We will use Exploring Creation with Zoology 1: Flying Creatures of the Fifth Day (2nd Edition), part of Apologia's award-winning Young Explorer Series, as one of our primary resources. |
