"The art of ceramics encompasses history, chemistry, physics, design, sculpting. All lessons build on the next to enrich students experience, confidence and knowledge in this ancient art.
This class is appropriate for beginning and intermediate ceramics experience. Students will be guided through the stages of clay work and firing. Those with some basic knowledge will be encouraged to give more attention to detail in design, structure and surface decoration.

This class is held on both Mondays and Wednesdays, and in addition, students will be expected to complete 1-2 hours of homework each week. Extra videos may be provided for additional support.
Math-U-See is a skills-based program that focuses on student mastery of a concept before progressing to the next concept. A syllabus will be provided for students and parents.

Practical items that can be taken home and used on a daily basis while learning woodworking skills that they can hold on to for years to come!
